Can I courier food?
Unfortunately, home-made foods and such items as baked goods usually fall into the category of perishable foods since they do not contain preservatives and will therefore go off or spoil during transit. All food items that are classed as perishables are not permitted for transport via courier.
Can we send food items through courier?
Yes that’s us! With our international food items courier services, you may no longer live in India, but you don’t have to miss the flavours or the other tasty food products which you could not carry in your normal or excess flight baggage.

What does it mean if your parcel is at the delivery depot?
What does it mean? Your parcel is still with the courier who came to collect it, or at the ParcelShop you left it with. The courier has transported your parcel to their nearest collection depot, or your parcel has been collected from the ParcelShop, and is awaiting sorting at the nearest depot.
How do you send food?
For perishable foods prepared at home and mailed, follow these guidelines:
- Ship in a sturdy box.
- Pack with a cold source, i.e., frozen gel packs or dry ice.
- When using dry ice:
- Wrap box in two layers of brown paper.
- Use permanent markers to label outside of the box.
How do I ship a package for food?
Simply place your foods inside the insulated container and surround them with refrigerant packs at room temperature or about 68 degrees Fahrenheit. Fill all the empty space with packing peanuts to prevent the items from moving around, and ship the insulated container inside a corrugated cardboard box.

Yes, and the pay made it worthwhile. Yes there is always opportunity to work overtime if desired. During peak times there are also mandates.
Do DHL work on Sundays?

If you are looking to offer a weekend parcel delivery service to your customers we do offer a Saturday delivery service, as an optional extra but do not currently offer a Sunday delivery service.

Over 50 DHL Parcel UK depots across the UK where parcels can be dropped off or collected. Our depots are typically open 8am until 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am until 12pm on Saturdays.
