Does Oculus Virtual Desktop work on Mac?
Virtual Desktop does support macOS Mojave or later and allows you to stream and interact virtually with a Mac using an Oculus Quest, Oculus Go and GearVR. This means you can see your Mac desktop in VR as long as you have the Virtual Desktop app on your headset along with the Virtual Desktop app installed on your Mac.
Can you play Oculus Rift through Virtual Desktop?

It’s not supported on Mac OS. Only on Windows 10. And, don’t bother. There are ways to install a Windows 10 onto Macs, BUT your basically having to add another OS into your Mac, installing drivers, and then install Oculus app (which is 23GB), suggests to give 80GB for all of this and for updates later on.
