Most camps this summer were in a sold out status and AF Sports Camps looks forward to returning in 2022 with both commuter and boarder options available. Is it hard to get into Usafa summer seminar?
Historically, more than 3,200 people apply and roughly 640 are selected. Please keep in mind selection to attend. Summer Seminar is NOT in any way a prerequisite for admission to the Academy. It is also NOT a prescreening or preselection program.
What do Air Force Academy students do during the summer?
Often, many cadets have the opportunity to go home over long weekends as well. During the summer, cadets take required leadership programs, which are held at the Academy or other installations. Either before or after a leadership program, most cadets in the upper three classes have approximately three weeks of leave.

Is there a curfew in the Air Force?
Will wear appropriate uniforms on and off duty, except when they are in their dormitory rooms. Will adhere to a daily curfew of 2200 (10 p.m.) to 0400 (4 a.m.)—airmen assigned to afternoon-shift training will adhere to a daily curfew of 0130 (1:30 a.m.) and a curfew of 2200 (10 p.m.) on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.
