- With the ignition off, connect the ELM327 adapter to the car diagnostic socket.
- Turn on the ignition / engine.
- Go to the settings of your smartphone / tablet, to the Wi-Fi section.
- Connect to the Wi-Fi network created by the adapter *.

- Plug ELM327 WIFI Scanner into vehicle’s OBD2 port.
- Turn ON ignition.
- On your device — go to “Settings” > “Wi-Fi”.
- Launch your OBD App.
- Go to Apps Settings and configure it to look for WIFI.
- OBD App should now successfully connect to your vehicle.
