Do LDS missionaries need car insurance?
The Church provides cars to missionaries who are assigned to driving areas. The Church pays for all automobile expenses and car insurance (missionaries can be removed from their family insurance policy during their mission). Missionaries must be certified to drive by the Mission President and Vehicle Coordinator.
