Fix audio or sound problems in Windows 7, 8, & 10

  1. Apply Updates with Automatic Scan.
  2. Try Windows Troubleshooter.
  3. Check the Sound Settings.
  4. Test your Microphone.
  5. Check Microphone Privacy.
  6. Uninstall Sound Driver from Device Manager and Restart (Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver, if not, try the next step)

How do I unmute the sound?
