How do you make iron on embroidered letters?
Directions:
- Set iron to cotton setting, approx. 350°, or follow garment care label.
- Remove letters from sheet.
- Cover letters with a fine cloth.
- Turn t-shirt inside out and iron the back of the letters for 30 seconds.
- Allow to cool for 1 minute before handling.
- Turn shirt inside out when washing.
Can you Sew Iron on Patches?

How do I stop my iron-on letters from coming off?
- Apply a layer of fabric glue to the underside of the peeling letter. Spread the glue so that it covers the entire width of the loose area of the letter.
- Place the ironing board in an out-of-the-way area close to an electrical outlet. Heat the iron on low heat.
- Place a towel over the letter.
- Remove the iron and towel.
Can I wash a shirt with an iron-on patch?
Wash on the gentle cycle in cold water. Hang or tumble dry (on the lowest heat setting). If you only iron the patch on, the adhesive may loosen as a result of machine washing. (This is with any iron-on patches, not just ours.)
