To program the STM32:

  1. create a new project in STM32CubeIDE.
  2. in Target Selection Tool, select the appropriate microcontroller or Evaluation Board.
  3. give your project a name.
  4. in Device Configuration Tool initialize all the necessary peripherals.
  5. generate a project.
  6. complete this project with your code.
