Is S-Works and specialized the same?
The difference is in the frame. The S-Works bikes use a different carbon lay-up. The S-Works frames are lighter and stiffer. Also they come with ceramicspeed BB as standard.
Can you use a specialized Roubaix as a gravel bike?
The Roubaix isn’t a gravel bike, but for the gravel riding I typically do locally, I reckon it’ll cope pretty darned well.
What is a zertz insert?
The Zertz inserts are these weird plastic thingies that clip into the frame with a screw. One of the screws dropped out and so one of those elastomers is now being held in place by friction.
Why is Trek Domane so heavy?
It’s heavy because of Disc-brake and IsoSpeed, two huge weight contributors. Plus, the current one adds 200 more grams with the T47 schell, the built-in storage box and the excessively wider tire clearance… Their first 2021 bike may be OCLV800-based Domane SLR.

What size steerer does the specialized s-Works Roubaix SL4 have?
The Specialized S-Works Roubaix SL4 might not be exactly what you expect. It has the positioning and handling of an endurance bike but the spunk and weight of a full-blown racer. Our 52cm test sample actually uses a straight 1 1/8in steerer, while larger samples go with tapered front ends.
Does the Roubaix SL4 have an adjustable stem?

How much does the s-Works Tarmac SL4 weigh?
Actual weight for our 52cm frame is 961g including the seatpost collar, rear derailleur hanger, and anodized aluminum water bottle bolts – just 40g heavier than the similarly sized S-Works Tarmac SL4 we tested last year. The matching 390g fork tacks on a more significant 80g weight penalty but, even so, they’re impressive numbers.
