Sigma Alpha Epsilon (ΣΑΕ), commonly known as SAE, is a North American Greek-letter social college fraternity. It was founded at the University of Alabama on March 9, 1856. Of all existing national social fraternities today, Sigma Alpha Epsilon is the only one founded in the Antebellum South.

Since we have three councils and 33 organizations, it is difficult to give an average for all organizations. Greek Forum for NPHC is a requirement if you would like to go through Intake in a particular semester. The cost for Greek Forum is $20. NPHC organizations’ dues vary from chapter to chapter.
