If item is not delivered to recipient then the mail will keep at Speed post office for 18 days. If item is not delivered delivered and full postage wasn’t paid then the mail will keep at Speed post office for 18 days. If item is not delivered and custom charge is due then we will keep it for 21 days at post office.

After you have chosen to deliver your parcel to a POPStation from your retailer’s website, SingPost will deliver the parcel to your POPStation. You will receive an sms and email notification once the parcel is delivered to your POPStation and you can pop down to collect it 24/7.

Postmen/Postwomen normally work 40 hours a week in shifts. Delivery work takes place between Monday and Saturday. There are three shifts: The early shift, with a 5am start, to prepare and make morning deliveries.
