The MRCP(UK) Part 2 Clinical Examination (Practical Assessment of Clinical Examination Skills – PACES) is designed to test the clinical knowledge and skills of trainee doctors who hope to enter higher specialist training (ST3).
How long does it take to prepare for MRCP paces?

Typically four to six months of hard work is required to prepare adequately. Although some pass with less preparation time, don’t risk it. We recommend starting as early as possible on practising, rehearsing your presentation skills and reviewing common clinical conditions found in the MRCP PACES examination.
