Can WL 10 be confirmed?
No. Your seat is not confirmed yet. Your seat is not confirmed until the final chart is confirmed. The chart will be prepared in 4 hours advanced to the departure of train.
Is there any chance of ticket confirmation after chart preparation?
Yes your ticket is confirmed as is mentioned in the current status field. Berth details will be provided to you upon chart preparation which is usually done a few hours before train depart time.
Will WL 16 get confirmed?
For example if the status is GNWL 23 / WL 16 , then this means that you have a waiting list of 16 and your ticket will get confirmed only if 16 passengers who have booked before you for the same journey cancels their ticket.
Will RAC 83 get confirmed?
simply , you are sharing your berth with the other RAC 83 holding person. You have to check the chart before boarding. Your Ticket may get confirm before the chart prepare. TTE can allot you a confirm seat if available from further station.
Will waiting list 150 get confirmed?
The initial number 150 would have been your actual waiting list but 50 (150-100) people have already canceled their tickets. Your ticket will get confirmed only if 100 passengers booked before you happen to cancel their ticket. The waiting list can be of other types like RLWL, PQWL, TQWL, etc.
Will WL 48 get confirmed?
No, don’t do the booking because GNWL62 / WL48 will not get confirm easily. The waiting list is too much. Your ticket will get automatically cancelled after the chart preparation, if the ticket is not confirmed or RAC. During the corona pandemic, you cannot even enter the station premises with waiting list ticket.
