For students living in residence halls, flex dollars may be used as payment at convenience stores, campus restaurants, late night, and concession stands, or at the dining commons if you out of meal swipes for the week.

How much is the deposit for Jwu?

Once an applicant accepts an offer, a nonrefundable $500 tuition deposit must be paid. This deposit will hold the applicant’s place in the class. The total deposit will be applied to the cost of tuition once the student matriculates.
Where can I use my flex dollars pace?
The Flex Dollar program enables students to use their Pace One Card at local restaurants and eateries within the immediate areas of our New York and Westchester campus locations. Flex Dollars are also accepted in all of our on-campus dining locations and in the bookstore.
Do WKU flex dollars expire?
On-campus Meal Plans Dollars expire at the end of each academic year, which means they will roll over from Fall semester to Spring semester if needed. The downgrade deadline is set three weeks after the first day of class. Meal Plan downgrades will not be accepted after these dates.
What are Flexi dollars?
Flexi Dollars (“flexies”) are units of currency used by UCSC Dining Services as part of student meal plans. Most meal plans come with about 50 flexies per quarter.

Students can log-in with their Pace Portal log-in and see their remaining meal plan dollars (dining, flex, voluntary(Dawg) dollars, bonus, scholarship and campus account) from any computer. Students can also select account transactions which allow you to see all purchases made with meal plan dollars.
What is Flex balance?
Flex is a dollar-for-dollar declining balance account that Columbia students, faculty and staff can add funds to as they wish. Flex allows you to use your Columbia University ID to pay for goods and services at all 10 Dining locations as well as a number of other on and off-campus merchants.
