What can I eat on extra easy sp?

It’s a non-restrictive healthy eating plan, not a diet. You don’t cut out any food group in the Easy Extra plan, and you get to eat chocolate, crisps, sweets, fizzy drinks and whatever else you like…. just in moderation and within your syn allowance.
