What is Game Sync ID?
This feature allows you to upload your save to the Internet to access a specific website in order to get features and Pokémon in your Black & White games. Game Sync ID. After you receive the C-Gear from Fennel, you can receive your Game Sync ID through the start menu.
What does Game Sync do Pokémon?
Game Sync (Japanese: ゲームシンク Game Sync) is the process of synchronizing the player’s save file with the Pokémon Global Link.
How do you use Pokemon Global Link?
Log onto the Pokemon Global Link and choose to register your game (Game Sync ID). To do this, simply put in the Game Sync ID (the code) you just generated within your game in Step 1.
Does the GTS still work?
The Pokemon Global Link service will be shut down on February 24, 2020.
Does Gen 5 GTS still work?
Yep, all WiFi things (so inluding GTS) from 4th and 5th gen are removed. Official announcement by Nintendo said: As of May 20, 2014, certain online functionality offered through Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection is no longer accessible.
Is Ultra Sun still online?
On 24th February 2020, all gameplay features which require the service in Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon and Pokémon Sun and Moon will no longer be available. Other online functions in the games will remain accessible.
Is the GTS still working?
The Pokemon Global Link service will be shut down on February 24, 2020. For those still working their way through Pokemon Sun and Moon, or Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, this means any gameplay feature directly tied to the Pokemon Global Link service will no longer be accessible.
How do I restore my game progress?
If you get a new Android phone, to restore game progress, sign in to the same account you used before….Clear storage of the Play Games app

- Tap Apps & notifications.
- Scroll down and tap Google Play Games.
- Tap Storage.
- Reopen the Play Games app.
