What is jedec workload?

This standard defines workloads for the endurance rating and endurance verification of SSD application classes. These workloads shall be used in conjunction with the Solid State Drive (SSD) Requirements and Endurance Test Method standard, JESD218.

What is SSD endurance?

SSD endurance can be defined as the performance of a flash SSD under warranty. It specifically refers to the maximum amount of data that can be written to the device. Metrics to measure write endurance are a function of the number of P/E cycles and represent the reliability of a device.
