This hotel is located in Ambras (outside of city center), but we can get to Innsbruck’s old town with tram easily. And there’s farm (Bauernhof) nearby, so we could buy seasonal and regional fruits like apples and pears from there.
Is Innsbruck worth the money?
Cable car and mountains, Swarovski museum, the old city were amazing. We were there at the end of October, and it was excellent for nice hikes and snow in the mountains. Other attractions like the zoo are worth a visit if you have a bit of extra time to kill. Super easy to get around. Innsbruck card is worth the money.
