Use Pencil Rockets until his PSI Shield breaks, and then let loose with your highest form of PK Thunder (Gamma, is it?) And PK Love Gamma. Reapply shields and heal (via PSI or food supplied by Boney and/or Duster) as needed. Also, use any Rockets you may have.
