Red O is owned by former EZ Lube owners Rick Teasta of Newport Beach and Mike Dobson. The name pays tribute to the Red Onion, the restaurant where the two entrepreneurs met. As the celebrity consultant behind Red O, Bayless is charged with the overall culinary vision of the menu and staff training.
