Why is reservation Lake closed?

All back-country sites on the Reservation will be closed until further notice. This order will be strictly enforced due to the unexpected dry weather that has created conditions conductive to accidental or lightning-ignited fires. The following recreational lakes and camp areas shall remain OPEN: Reservation Lake.
