Why wont my iZettle connect?
Make sure that the device has Bluetooth on and that the Reader is located within range (<15m). In the Zettle app, go to Settings / Card Readers to see the connection status or try to connect again.
Is Zettle closing down?
From 31st January 2022, Selz will no longer integrate with Zettle. If you’re currently using the integration, this doesn’t affect your webshop – only the sync between Selz and Zettle will stop working. You do, however, need to make a few changes.

For Zettle to work, you need to be connected to a 3G, 4G or wifi network. These connections are much faster than the 2G technology relied on by traditional card terminals. Accepting payments with the Zettle Go app only takes a few kilobytes of data.
